Job summary

Anchor Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility and manage pain through personalized therapy plans. The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatments, and ongoing progress monitoring in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a state-licensed PT credential and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and staff effectively.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in compliance with state regulations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy treatments, exercises, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, ergonomic practices, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and industry best practices.
