Job summary
Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy in Carteret, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our onsite team. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, create customized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to enhance mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE‑accredited program.
- Current State License in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in computer systems and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to accurately assess their rehabilitation needs.
- Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment programs to improve mobility and functional goals.
- Treat a variety of specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
- Educate patients and caregivers about treatment plans and exercises; promote self‑management.
- Utilize evidence‑based practices and collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and plans in compliance with regulations.
