Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Georgia to join a growth-minded team dedicated to expanding patient access and outcomes.

You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, design individualized plans, and document care in the EMR. The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 per year, monthly incentive bonuses, and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 in select locations, plus extensive professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
