PT Solutions Physical Therapy in McDonough, GA is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care and advance your clinical career within a supportive, growth-minded team.

You’ll participate in a six-week onboarding (Vitals+) with mentorship, residency-style development, in-house CE, and access to Limber Health software. Expect a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
