Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ in Topeka, KS is looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our clinic. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and support patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current state of Kansas license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Basic PC skills including EMR and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care with assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Develop a written plan of care with goals and a comprehensive program.
• Implement treatment and provide essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Maintain timely documentation (daily notes, progress reports, discharge summaries, etc.).
