ARC Physical Therapy+ in Ava, MO is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our clinic team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care throughout recovery.

You will assess patients, develop plans, document progress, and collaborate with a supportive team. We offer mentorship, IGNITE program, generous benefits including 401k match and sign-on bonus, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state license in Missouri and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR system and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician's referral and patient records to determine required physical therapy.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients/caregivers.
• Supervise assistants/rehab technicians in patient care.
• Complete plan of care, set goals, and develop a program to reach them.
• Implement treatment programs and essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients/caregivers and colleagues, including physicians.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy+ in Ava, MO. As a vital member of our clinic, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

Additional Information

• $78,000-$95,000 - Based on experience
• Monday - Friday schedule (8:00 AM- 5:00PM)
