Phoenix Physical Therapy is a fast-growing outpatient provider operating 160+ clinics with over 1,100 team members. We seek a skilled Physical Therapist dedicated to patient recovery and growth, offering a supportive, collaborative environment and opportunities for education and career advancement.

As a clinician, you will develop PT programs, oversee therapists and aides, and coordinate care across an interdisciplinary team while maintaining high patient safety and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Competency in PT evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to collect medical history, evaluate current physical ability, and develop rehabilitative treatment programs to maximize function or reduce pain.
• Use therapeutic procedures, exercise, or equipment to restore movement, strength, or flexibility.
• Coordinate care across an interdisciplinary team and supervise PT assistants and rehab staff.
• Periodically re-evaluate patient status and modify plans; educate patients and families about recovery expectations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety; ensure compliance with Medicare and quality initiatives.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
