Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help them regain function.

Qualifications include a valid PT license in the state(s) of practice and a Master’s in Physical Therapy (or related field with Bachelor's in PT). We prioritize mentorship, growth, and a fast hiring process.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PT license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or related field with Bachelor's in PT).
• Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's in PT.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy to restore function.
• Collaborate with care teams and caregivers for patient progress.
• Educate patients and families to promote independence.
• Adapt plans to patient settings across facilities and home care.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
