PRO-PT in Madera, CA is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. Our care approach centers on Second-to-None patient care delivered by clinicians who are supported, valued, and empowered to grow.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000–$115,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus up to $30,000 and performance-based incentives. Flexible scheduling helps you balance clinic life with personal time while growing your career.

Formación

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or Pending California Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care that gets results.
• Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and empower patients through education and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and referring providers to deliver the Second-to-None experience that PRO-PT is known for.
• Build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Expand your expertise through continuing education, professional development, and team collaboration.
