Job summary

PRO-PT is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join the Visalia Central, CA team. You will deliver evidence-based care, evaluate patients, and grow with mentorship and collaboration in a Second-to-None environment.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually with a sign-on bonus up to $30,000, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on professional development and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care.
• Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and educate patients on injury prevention.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and referring providers to deliver the Second-to-None experience.
• Build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Expand expertise through continuing education, professional development, and team collaboration.
