Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care team reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy across settings.

Ideal candidate holds a PT license in the state, a Master’s in Physical Therapy (or related field with a PT Bachelor’s), and relevant experience; we offer comprehensive benefits and visa sponsorship where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide patient education and caregiver training to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in Physical Therapy related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years progressive PT experience

Licensure as Physical Therapist in state of practice

Foreign PT degree evaluation for US equivalence
