Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• Experienced therapists are preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician's referral and patient records to determine required physical therapy treatments.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential therapies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes and progress reports.
