Cortlandt Healthcare, LLC in Cortlandt Manor, NY is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab team. You will interview with the people you will actually work with, under the guidance of our Director of Rehab and facility leadership.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and a path for professional growth within a 35-facility network, with structured orientation and ongoing in-house education. This is an on-site, in-person role with a focus on team-based care.

Qualificações

• Doctor of Physical Therapy, Master of Physical Therapy, or Bachelor of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited program.
• Valid New York Physical Therapist license, or license eligible.
• Ability to direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants per the state practice act.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA.

Responsabilidades

• Complete physical therapy evaluations covering strength, ROM, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and fall risk.
• Set measurable goals tied to prior function and discharge planning.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance and neuromuscular reeducation, mobility training.
• Complete evaluations, weekly progress notes, recertifications, and discharge documentation accurately and on time.
• Train residents, families, and caregivers on safe mobility and home carryover.
• Partner with nursing on safe transfer status and restorative programming.
• Direct and supervise PTAs and students per state act.

Formação académica
