Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services in skilled nursing facilities, delivering initial and ongoing treatment plans and ensuring patient outcomes within Reliant guidelines.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, maintain clinical documentation, and stay compliant with state and federal regulations while partnering with facilities to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid physical therapy state license.
• Computer literate with proficiency in clinical documentation and basic Internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and related services with quality patient care.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care and discharge plans.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in skilled tasks.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and infection control procedures.
