Job summary

Mercy seeks a Physical Therapist to assess patients and craft individualized treatment plans for adults and older adults. The role includes supervising patients and guiding rehab staff in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Qualified candidates hold a current state PT license and a degree at the Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate level in Physical Therapy, with BLS certification. Prior experience in geriatric care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State license in Physical Therapy.
• Certification in BLS is required.
• Experience with adult and geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians; oversee PT assistants as appropriate.
