Job summary

Delta Health and Rehabilitation in Delta, CO seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-house team. You will design and implement programs to meet patient needs, delivering rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments in a supportive setting.

We welcome therapists at all experience levels, including new grads. The role includes clinical orientation, ongoing training, and opportunities as we grow within the Ensign Services network.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transferring and repositioning of patients and equipment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries of services to ensure regulatory and clinical compliance.
