Job summary

Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Springfield, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide individualized rehabilitation services to help patients reach their maximum potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions and diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress
• Participate in patient education and training to promote independence and self-care
