Job summary

Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Springfield, Ohio seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide individualized rehabilitation services to help patients reach their maximum potential.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating a wide range of conditions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. Entry-level candidates welcome with current Ohio PT licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.
• 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome!)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress.
• Participate in patient education and training to promote independence and self-care
