You will document care per regulations, train staff on follow‑through programs, and maintain a safe work area. Requirements include an accredited PT degree, a current state license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted PT license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate a patient’s condition, develop a treatment plan, and help them improve daily.
• Instruct nursing staff and families on follow‑through programs that build on progress.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and team; assist with scheduling and post charges.
• Document patient care in line with regulatory and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area safe and clean.
