Position Summary

Responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized plans of care, providing hands‑on and therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's diagnosis, functional limitations, and goals.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises, functional activities, manual therapy, and other evidence‑based interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.

Qualifications
