Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute of Tucson is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care, evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans in a supportive team setting.

You will collaborate with physicians and caregivers, monitor progress, and educate patients and families while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and a culture that values growth and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active state PT license or eligibility.
• CPR certification required.
• Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to physical therapy patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, and create care plans.
• Build relationships with patients to support recovery and engagement.

Qualifications
