Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute of Tucson is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver inpatient therapy and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey. This role emphasizes direct patient care, personalized care plans, and collaborative treatment planning within a supportive team.

The ideal candidate holds current licensure, CPR certification, and preferably a Master’s Degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient field experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
