Job summary

OakBend Medical Center in Stafford, Texas is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist. Under the supervision of the Clinic Director or Manager, this role involves providing various methods of Physical Therapy and serving as a resource for PT Assistants and PT Aides.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and be eligible or licensed by the Texas Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Previous Physical Therapy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to treat patients of all ages from pediatric to geriatric.

Required Licenses/Certifications

Eligible for or licensed by Texas Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners. Basic Life Support certification required through the American Heart Association or other pre-approved accredited certification program.

Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

Knowledge of regulations, QA and procedures, and quality patient care. Successful completion of department-specific and/or hospital-required training courses. Must be able to treat patients of all ages from pediatric to geriatric.
