AdvantageCare Rehabilitation's Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg, PA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join an interdisciplinary rehab team and provide personalized care to residents.

As a PT, you will evaluate residents, develop plans of care, deliver mobility and gait training, collaborate with PTAs, educate families, and document progress while aiming to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Commitment to quality, patient-centered care.
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience is welcomed, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence.
• Help residents work toward meaningful functional goals.
