AdvantageCare Rehabilitation's Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg, PA is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join an interdisciplinary rehab team. You'll evaluate residents, develop care plans, and deliver skilled PT focused on mobility, strength, balance, and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Commitment to quality, patient-centered care.
• Geriatric or skilled nursing experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence.
• Help residents work toward meaningful functional goals.
• Collaborate with PTAs and interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical needs.
• Play an active role in helping residents regain function and improve quality of life.
