Job summary

Jupiter Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team and provide personalized rehabilitation services. You will review patient histories, diagnose movement limitations, and create customized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

The successful candidate will have a DPT or MS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, pass the National Certification Examination, and hold a valid PT license.

Qualifications

• Must have MS or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must be a licensed PT in the state of practice.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination.
• Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review patients’ medical histories.
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Outline clear goals for patients and expected outcomes.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and families about the recovery process.
