Job summary

Luxe at Wellington Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in Wellington, FL. You will assess movement impairments, design personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through exercises and education to restore function.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Physical Therapy program (MS or DPT).
• Must have passed the National Certification Examination for PT licensure.
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Review patients’ medical histories to inform treatment.
• Diagnose and assess movement and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals and timelines.
• Implement exercises, stretches, and hands-on therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and families about recovery plans and progress.

Job Duties:

• Reviewing patients’ medical histories
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Good decision making and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination
• Valid PT license in state of practice
