Job summary

Tuskawilla Nursing and Rehab in Winter Springs, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist to help seniors regain mobility and independence. You will evaluate residents, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care.

We welcome candidates with a Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT in Physical Therapy and Florida PT licensure; 1+ year of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's degree, or DPT in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensure as a PT in the state of Florida is required.
• One or more years of clinical experience is preferred.
• Passion for geriatric populations.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with temporary or long-term physical disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapies.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Document progress and outcomes to measure patient success.
