Physical Therapist - $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

As a full-time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Physical Therapist at Adams County Regional Medical Center, you are responsible for evaluating, planning, and directing treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease for patients in inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing units. You will participate in department operations, maintain performance improvement activities, and engage in CQI activities using a team approach.

Schedule:

This position is scheduled for 40 hours a week, primarily daytime hours, with possible extended hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Starting Pay:

$80K-$100K annually, depending on experience.

About the Facility:

Adams County Regional Medical Center (ACRMC) is a critical access hospital located in southern Ohio, about an hour east of Cincinnati. The hospital has expanded departments including Rehabilitation, Imaging, Outpatient Specialty Clinic, Laboratory, and Cardiopulmonary to meet technological demands and improve access. ACRMC provides comprehensive healthcare services, including 25 inpatient and outpatient units, an inpatient Hospice Unit, a 14-room Emergency Department, and two surgical operating rooms.

CPS Solutions, LLC manages the rehabilitation department operations. This position is employed by CPS Solutions, LLC.

Rehab Department Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 6:30 pm, with on-call rotations on weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Ohio

Hospital Requirements (may be required):

• Negative TB skin test within last 12 months
• Immunity proof for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and HepB
• Flu vaccination between Oct 1 - April 30
• COVID-19 vaccination (full)
