Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in California. This full-time position offers relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus, with additional guaranteed bonuses for the first six months, plus potential profit sharing and employee ownership benefits.

The role supports a 5x8 or 4x10 schedule with 11–15 visits per day and PT aide assistance. Requirements include a PT degree (APTA approved), successful NPTE, valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Credentials evaluated by FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with a state license in good standing.
• Must pass the NPTE competency exam.
• Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Full‑time position.

Therapist owned outpatient clinic.

Open to relocation candidates; offers a sign‑on and guaranteed bonuses for the first six months of employment.

11‑15 visits per day (40 min) with PT Aid support.

5x8 or 4x10 shifts, flexible scheduling options.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Must have credentials evaluated by one of FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with a state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Must pass required NPTE competency exam.
• Current hands‑on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
