Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time position at an area outpatient clinic in California. You’ll use your expertise to help patients improve movement, manage pain, and prevent loss of mobility.

The role offers relocation support, a sign-on bonus and guaranteed bonuses for the first six months, plus profit sharing and employee-ownership benefits. You’ll see about 11-15 visits per day with PT Aide support and flexible scheduling (5x8 or 4x10).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Must have credentials evaluated by FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with a state license in good standing
• Must pass required NPTE competency exam
• Current hands‑on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve movement and manage pain in an outpatient setting.
• Provide patient treatment plans and direct PT services.
• Collaborate with PT Aide for efficient scheduling and patient flow.

Minimum Requirements
