Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient position with an area client. You will use your expertise to help patients improve movement, manage pain, and prevent loss of mobility.

The role supports relocation and includes sign-on bonuses, guaranteed bonuses for the first six months, profit sharing, and employee ownership benefits. Expect 11–15 patient visits per day (40 minutes each) with PT Aide support and flexible scheduling options (5x8 or 4x10).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Credentials evaluated by FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with a state license in good standing with the State License Board.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to help patients improve movement, reduce pain, and prevent loss of mobility.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate with PT Aide for 11–15 visits per day (40 min each) and ensure proper scheduling.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Must have credentials evaluated by one of either FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with a state license in good standing with the State License Board
• Must pass required NPTE competency exam
• Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
