Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in our outpatient clinic network in California. You will work with adult patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions, with typical caseloads and a standard M–F schedule.

We require an active CA PT license, and candidates should be comfortable with EMR systems and patient education on home programs. Relocation is supported for the right fit, and new graduates are welcome.

• Ability to educate patients on home exercise programs and post‑discharge care.
• Open to new graduates and relocation candidates.

Job description

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or interest in treating adult patient population in outpatient orthopedic, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention settings.
• Comfort managing a patient volume of approximately 12–14 patients per day; clinic will add support staff (tech) when volumes reach 14–16 patients.
• Experience or willingness to work with occupational medicine and workplace injury cases is required.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred; familiarity with Prognosis is a plus.
• Ability to educate patients on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
• Open to new graduates and relocation candidates.

Role Details

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic serving adult population.
• City: Redding, CA. Other hiring locations include Soledad, Sacramento, and Salinas.
• Shift: Days. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Schedule flexibility available. Options include 4x10 or 5x8 schedules. No weekends.
• Typical caseload: 12–14 patients per day.
• On-site chiropractor and plan to add a tech when volumes increase.
