Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time position serving clients in Ventura County and adjacent areas. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active, whether recovering from an injury or managing chronic conditions.

Applicants must hold an active California PT license and a PT degree; home health experience is preferred. Willingness to travel, including Napa coverage, and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program (APTA approved).
• Active California PT license required to start.
• Home health experience preferred but not required; candidates without prior home health experience will be considered.
• Experience with Home health EMR systems preferred; familiarity with Homecare Homebase is desirable.
• Flexible scheduling; must travel within Ventura and Santa Barbara counties; Napa coverage occasionally.

Job description

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy License required to start the position.
• Home health experience preferred but not required. Candidates without prior home health experience will be considered.
• Experience with home health EMR systems preferred; familiarity with Homecare Homebase is desirable.
• Flexible scheduling ability. Clinicians must be able to set their own schedules and travel within Ventura and Santa Barbara counties; occasional coverage opportunities available in Napa.
• Daily travel capability and valid driver’s license. Ability to drive longer distances for Napa coverage when assigned.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Open to candidates seeking part-time, per diem, temp, or permanent opportunities.
