Job summary

Deborah is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapeutic care to patients with physical dysfunctions. You will educate patients and families and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure optimal care.

Qualifications include a NJ PT license (CPR certified) and 1-3 years in acute care; strong interpersonal skills are essential. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits and supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey; CPR certification.
• 1-3 years of PT experience, preferably in acute care.

Experience: 1-3 years of physical therapy experience, preferably some in acute care.

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.

Required License / Credentials: Physical Therapist licensed by the state of New Jersey; CPR certified.

Other Required Skills: Experience in hospital or acute care setting. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Contact With Others: Regular internal and/or external contacts involving considerable tact, discretion, and persuasion in order to obtain information and/or willing action or consent where it would be otherwise difficult to obtain.

Supervision Given: Part time supervision over a small group of employees. Most of the time spent performing the same or similar work as members of the group.

Supervision Received: Performs duties independently, following established procedures and reporting periodically to immediate supervisor.

Bi-Weekly Hours: Full-time 80 per pay period

8 am to 4:30 pm

The minimum starting rate for this position is $37.50
