Job description

Physical Therapist - Full Time (Healthcare)

Rehab Centre of Beverly Hills is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist with an interest in wound care to provide specialized treatment to our residents.

Compensation ranges from $55 to $80 per hour, depending on experience and availability. The schedule is flexible, with a preference for mornings, provided the candidate is reliable and consistent.

This role involves exclusively treating qualified patients with low-frequency, non-contact, non-thermal ultrasound wound care treatments. Typical sessions last 3-8 minutes, with an additional 5-10 minutes for setup and dressing changes, totaling approximately 10-20 minutes per encounter.

Comprehensive training, including hands-on and documentation review, will be provided.

The position is full-time, with treatments conducted at our Beverly Hills facility and potentially at a sister facility in Santa Monica if desired.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in patient care, adhering to state practice regulations.
2. Communicate with supervisors and healthcare team members regarding patient progress and plans.
3. Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and recertifications per regulatory standards.
4. Participate in discharge planning and recommend necessary durable medical equipment to promote patient independence.
5. Maintain positive and professional interactions with patients, families, staff, and colleagues.
