Responsibilities include providing diagnosis, assessment, and evidence-based psychotherapy via our video platform, following NOCD Clinical Protocols, and advising members on executing and adhering to their ERP plans.
You will manage your caseload and schedule, develop a professional, member-focused identity, and maintain complete clinical documentation using our EHR system. Participation in clinical consultation, training, and performance reviews is expected to enhance your knowledge of evidence-supported treatments for OCD.
Collaboration with our network of providers to develop and reinforce treatment decisions is vital.
Masters degree or higher from an accredited university in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
At least 1 year of post-masters supervised experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT).
Experience with OCD treatment using ERP or ACT is preferred but not required.
Must be organized, quick learner, excellent communicator, receptive to feedback, and good at time management.
Self-motivated, autonomous, and proficient with G-suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and overall tech-savvy.
Must have a private, confidential workspace with stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download speed).
