Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Washington State PT license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort working in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Experience with resistance training and weightlifting or willingness to develop these skills.
• Team‑oriented approach and strong relationship‑building skills with patients and multidisciplinary staff.
