INPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Sign On Bonus: $5,000

Schedule: Full Time Days

Location: Grand Blanc, MI

Overview

Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.

Responsibilities:

• Performs initial and on-going assessments of patients’ conditions.
• Establishes, revises, and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.
• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of each patient.
• Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.

Requirements:

• Certified BLS Provider specializing in Basic Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross. obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Physical Therapy (RPT) licensed in the state of MI and credentialed from the Michigan Board of Physical Therapy.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in physical therapy required.
