Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Fort Wayne, IN clinics. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active throughout recovery from injuries and chronic conditions.

The role includes a structured 1-year mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional advancement. We offer health/vision/dental coverage, retirement match, disability and malpractice insurance, PTO, flexible scheduling, and a $1,500 CE budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school (APTA-approved).
• Active Indiana State Physical Therapy License required to start.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Orthopedic outpatient care interest or experience preferred.
• Structured 1-year mentorship and ongoing training components.
• Relocation open for candidates.

Job description

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Indiana State Physical Therapy License required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Orthopedic clinical experience preferred or demonstrated interest in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Willingness to participate in structured 1-year mentorship program and scheduled training components.
• Open to relocation candidates.

• 100+ hours of manual therapy training integrated into onboarding.
• In-house continuing education courses provided twice per year from organizations such as Great Lakes Seminars.

Clinic Culture and Practice Model:

• Family-oriented clinics with private treatment rooms and 1:1 patient care.
• Currently five clinics with ongoing expansion and planned hiring of multiple therapists over coming years.
• Structured onboarding and ongoing in-house education.
