Job description

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is required to start the position.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, with focus on extremity and cervical/thoracic/lumbar cases.

Benefits and Compensation Summary:

• Annual performance review with potential merit increase in the range of $1,500 to $2,000 based on metrics and experience.
• Opportunity for additional compensation for relevant certifications.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for Clinical Directors as described by the client.
• Continuing education reimbursement and specialty program support.
