Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT or PTA) for a full-time Home Health role in Creston, IA. You will support patients in movement and function, covering Creston and nearby Winterset areas.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Iowa state license is required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in home health setting preferred.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule covering Creston and Winterset areas southwest of Des Moines.
