Job summary

Rehab Advisors, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist - FT to join their in-house therapy program in Wisconsin. You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice (Wisconsin).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
