Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking Physical Therapists to join our Fort Dodge area team in Iowa. This role centers on delivering 1:1 geriatric PT services within senior living settings, primarily at partner communities.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in senior living communities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve functional outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentoring programs as available.
