Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our team in Fort Dodge, IA and surrounding locations. This role focuses on geriatric care delivered in a 1:1 setting within senior living communities partnered with FOX partner facilities.

The team emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach, ongoing CE access, and professional advancement. New grads welcome with mentor program; state license and CPR required; salaried positions with benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting to support geriatric care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Support senior living community partners and care planning.
• Contribute to outcomes and treatment documentation and adjustments.
