Pro Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist to float between Starbuck and Wheaton, MN. This full-time PT position offers a competitive wage, mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile, and a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement.

New grads are welcome. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop rehab plans, provide hands-on therapy, educate families, monitor progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Physical Therapist License.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local Home Health regulations.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Pro Rehab, an established Rehab company with over 35 years of successful business is hiring a Physical Therapist. We are looking for a Physical Therapist to float between our Starbuck and Wheaton area.

We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) and up to a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. No Productivity Requirements! New grads are welcome to apply!

As our Physical Therapist (PT), you will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, restore physical function, and reduce pain through individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients’ physical conditions and movement abilities, developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, providing hands‑on therapy and therapeutic exercises, educating patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention, monitoring progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to support quality patient care. To be successful, you must have strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, excellent assessment and communication skills, and the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Position Type: Full-Time

Wage Range: $47 - $55 / hour depending on experience.

Bonus: $5,000

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.
• Provide Hands‑on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
• Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety. Teach patients and families about exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
