Redbud Physical Therapy is looking for a flexible Physical Therapist to provide regional coverage across multiple clinics in Oklahoma. This permanent role offers stability, growth, and patient care impact through collaboration and mentorship.

You will develop personalized plans using manual therapy, exercise, and patient education while advancing skills through Evidence in Motion programs and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in Oklahoma is required.
• One year of outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; new grads encouraged.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional coverage across multiple sites.

• Record patient progress and modify the care plan as needed.

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 plus productivity incentives and additional opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
