Job summary

SSM Health Day Institute in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Physical Therapist to float among Day Institute locations.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with opportunities to collaborate across centers and contribute to a multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation program. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, possess current state licensure, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with outpatient policies and procedures.
• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
• Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
• Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to float amongst our Day Institute locations. This requires both a MO and IL license as we have a location in O'Fallon, IL as well.

SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in our specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. We have ten centers across the St. Louis Metro area serving individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness who no longer require 24-hour nursing or acute rehabilitative care.
