Job summary

SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist to float among our Day Institute locations in the St. Louis Metro area.

Candidates must hold MO and IL licenses or be eligible for licensure, with the position based in Saint Charles, MO. The ideal candidate will join a team dedicated to neurological and medically complex patients, working in a multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation program across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients in outpatient settings.
• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
• Maintains positive interactions with facilities and clients; expands client relations with facilities and staff.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to float amongst our Day Institute locations. This requires both a MO and IL license as we have a location in O'Fallon, IL as well.

SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in our specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. We have ten centers across the St. Louis Metro area serving individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness who no longer require 24-hour nursing or acute rehabilitative care.
