Job summary

SSM Health Day Institute in Lake St. Louis, MO is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation program. This full-time role is M-F, 8am-4:30pm, serving neurological and medically complex patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

• Develops treatment plans and supervises assistants and aides as part of case management.
• Maintains positive interactions with facilities and clients and expands client relations.
